Guidelines for Talks and Posters
Talks:
- Please provide your presentation (slide format 16:9) on a usb stick on site prior to your session or send it via email to spp2330@fz-juelich.de.
- Please indicate in your presentation, whether pictures are allowed or not (Download symbol here).
To help keep the programme running smoothly, please keep your presentation within the time allocated for your talk. Each slot includes a few minutes for questions and discussion:
- 30-minute slot: 25-minute presentation + 5-minute discussion
- 20-minute slot: 17-minute presentation + 3-minute discussion
- 15-minute slot: 12-minute presentation + 3-minute discussion
Poster:
- Please bring one printed copy of your poster.
- Poster dimensions must correspond to portrait DIN A0 format.
- For identification purposes, please include your abstract ID on your poster.
